Welcome to the WHMCS client area! This is where you'll manage all aspects of your hosting and domain name services, including ordering new packages, managing existing packages, accessing cPanel, and much more.
To get started, the first thing you need to do is log in to your client area. If you haven't already done so, you should have received an email with your login credentials when you signed up for your hosting or domain name service. If you can't find the email, don't worry - you can always reset your password using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.
Once you're logged in, you'll see the dashboard, which gives you an overview of your account. Here, you can view your current hosting packages, domain names, and support tickets. You can also access the billing section, where you can view invoices and make payments.
To navigate the different sections of the client area, you can use the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. Here are some of the main sections:
-
"Services": This section displays your current hosting packages, domain names, and any add-ons or upgrades you've purchased. You can manage these packages from here, including upgrading or downgrading packages, cancelling packages, and managing add-ons.
-
"Domains": This section displays your domain names, including when they were registered and when they expire. You can manage these domains from here, including renewing domains, transferring domains, and updating domain contact information.
-
"Support": This section displays any support tickets you've created, as well as the status of those tickets. You can create new tickets from here, respond to existing tickets, escalate tickets, and close tickets.
-
"Billing": This section displays your invoices and payment history. You can view and pay invoices from here, as well as manage payment methods.
-
"cPanel": This section allows you to access cPanel, where you can manage your website files, databases, and email accounts.
That's a brief overview of the WHMCS client area! We hope this tutorial has been helpful in getting you started. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.
